Simplified two-dimensional model for global atmospheric dynamics

We present a simplified model of the atmosphere terrestrial planet as an open two-dimensional system described by ideal gas with velocity [Formula: see text], density ρ, and temperature T fields. Starting Chern–Simons equations for free inviscid fluid, external effects radiation exchange matter strata, well diffusion dissipation, are included. The resulting dynamics is governed set nonlinear differential first order in time. This defines initial value problem that can be integrated given balance planet. If nonlinearities neglected, integration done analytic form using standard Green function methods, small incorporated perturbative corrections consistent way. approximation not justified, numerically. expressions simulations linear regime continuous range parameters provided, which allows to explore response changes those parameters. In particular, it observed 2.5% reduction emissivity lead increase 7 °C average global temperature.
